Avi is an avatar system that allows for the student to connect with a personalized ‘helper’ that encourages classroom participation from a remote setting while providing progress reports to parents and teachers.

Comprised of a three-part system comprised of an avatar, portal, and plug-in, Aiv helps encourages socialization, promotes engagement among peers and improves social development at a critical age. Access to the desktop portal allows instructors to motivate children with with task-based gratification incorporated into their curriculum. Teachers equiped with avi can also understand the comprehension of the class by gauging the emotions of the class with a specialized polling system and then use classroom games to help students understand content in an engaging way.
